In this edition of Employee Spotlights, we are proud to feature Becky Caspary, a dedicated and passionate member of the crop team at the Clifton Loman-Ray office.
Before joining Loman-Ray, Becky’s journey took her to some diverse fields (literally). During her high school years, she spent time walking beans and roguing corn. Little did she know that these early encounters with crops would eventually lead her to a fulfilling career in the crop insurance industry. Additionally, Becky ventured into the world of technology, serving in the IT department at Solo Cup Company, further expanding her skill set.
At Loman-Ray, Becky has found her niche in crop insurance, an area that has captured her attention and passion. What particularly appeals to her is the opportunity to work closely with exceptional colleagues and establish meaningful connections with crop clients. Embracing the words of her coworker Dale, Becky believes that she has the privilege of collaborating with some of the finest individuals in the industry.
Beyond her professional life, Becky's vibrant personality is shaped by various organizations, activities, and hobbies that hold deep significance for her. First and foremost, her faith, family, and friends are pillars of support and inspiration. She cherishes their presence and the joy they bring to her life. Additionally, Becky's love for traveling and seeking out new experiences fuels her sense of adventure. Always up for a challenge, she has successfully convinced friends to join her in running a marathon and participated in the St. Jude Macomb to Peoria run with her brother and other team members. Furthermore, she took on a 100-mile bike ride for JDRF alongside her sister, showcasing her determination and commitment to meaningful causes.
When asked about her choice of superhero power, Becky's answer reflects her deep-rooted connection to her loved ones. She expressed a desire for teleportation, yearning to be able to visit her children, family, and friends whenever she pleases, regardless of their geographical location. This sentiment perfectly encapsulates Becky's commitment to the important people in her life.
