Well before joining our team, Lynn had a stint at May's True Value Hardware as a teenager, where she mastered the art of key cutting and even weathered a power outage during the 1990 ice storm, providing exceptional service in the dark!

Her journey into the insurance industry was influenced by her degree in Health Information Management and her 17-year tenure in Provider Relations at PersonalCare/Coventry Healthcare of IL. Her interest in health insurance stems from her desire to demystify its complexities for clients. Navigating the intimidating realm of health insurance is a breeze in Lynn's capable hands.

As an insurance professional, Lynn's heart lies in health insurance, where she thrives on educating clients about deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and more. Her dedication shines through as she simplifies the marketplace experience for those who need it most.

Among her proudest moments at Loman-Ray, one stands out vividly: Lynn's instrumental role in securing a substantial rebate for a client with a serious genetic disease, saving them nearly $8,000. This impactful gesture encapsulates Lynn's commitment to making a real difference in people's lives.

Beyond her professional prowess, Lynn is an active member of her community, engaging in a wide range of activities. Her involvement in a recent Catholic Heart Work Camp mission trip reflects her compassionate nature. Lynn certainly keeps on the move. She can be found walking, biking, running, or enjoying her newfound love for pickleball.
