Meet Dale Weaver from our Ag team working from the Clifton office. Dale's journey into insurance sprouted from an unexpected hailstorm back in '81 while farming. Curiosity struck, leading him to inquire about a job when the adjuster came by—a chance encounter that sowed the seeds of his insurance career.

Dale is drawn to crop insurance for a simple reason—he protects his insureds' livelihoods. Ensuring their income stays safe amidst the unpredictable rhythms of nature fuels his dedication.

A HARMONY OF PASSIONS: Beyond insurance, Dale's life harmonizes around music with his southern gospel group, A Natural High. His dedication shines through 20 years as chairman of the deacons at his church. Witnessing his granddaughters' sports adventures is another joyous score in his life's composition.

SAVANNAH CALLS: Dale's favorite vacation spot, Savannah, beckons with its history, proximity to the ocean, and, of course, the irresistible allure of the local cuisine. It's the perfect backdrop for quality time with Kerry, his wife of 50 remarkable years.

CLASSIC TV TALES: Dale's childhood favorites, "Bonanza" and "Gunsmoke," held a special charm—the triumph of good prevailing, a timeless allure that still resonates with him today.

Dale's commitment to protecting livelihoods, his passion for music and family, and his love for history and good food make him an invaluable part of the Loman-Ray family.

He has a fantastic memory and can recall names, dates, and phone numbers as well as he can recall sports statistics.
Outside of work, Dale serves as a deacon at his church, sings with the group "Natural High" as well as in the Iroquois County Christmas Cantata, and has performed in a few plays at Country Theater Workshop. He is also a devoted husband, father of two boys, and Papa to two granddaughters.”
