Justin's journey into the insurance industry was uniquely shaped by his 15-year tenure in commercial sales with an office products and furniture dealer, where he honed his skills in client relations and business development—a perfect segue into insurance sales.

Before his successful career in sales, Justin embarked on a brief but memorable stint as a professional baseball player with the Evansville Otters in the Frontier League, following his college baseball career at Bradley University. This diverse background equips Justin with a valuable perspective and a strong foundation for understanding and meeting the needs of his clients at Loman-Ray Insurance Group.

Justin thrives on meeting clients at their businesses or farms, gaining firsthand insights into their operations. "Being a trusted resource and having clients refer their friends and family—it's incredibly gratifying," he says.

Reflecting on his proudest moments at Loman-Ray, Justin highlights his success in securing coverage for challenging new ventures and assisting a farm client who had been unexpectedly dropped by their longtime insurer.

Outside of work, Justin is an avid coach for his sons' baseball teams and supports their various sports activities throughout the year. He also enjoys classic cars and snowmobiling during the winter months.

Justin's childhood was shaped by a love for sports and classic movies like The Natural and Field of Dreams. His go-to TV show was Macgyver, which captivated him with its resourceful problem-solving—an influence that continues to inspire his approach both personally and professionally.
