Some careers begin with a plan, and others unfold in ways you’d never expect. Tresica’s journey to becoming Loman-Ray’s Health Director started with a simple shopping trip. While managing a retail clothing store, she provided exceptional service to a customer—who just so happened to be Loman-Ray’s CEO, Brian Loman. Impressed by her dedication and problem-solving skills, Brian set the wheels in motion for her to join the team. The rest, as they say, is history.
Now, Tresica plays a vital role in helping individuals and businesses find affordable health insurance solutions. But for her, it’s about more than policies and paperwork—it’s about people. The best part of her job? Building relationships and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. One of her proudest moments came when she was able to save a client a significant amount of money during a difficult time. That moment of relief, shared through happy tears, reinforced exactly why she loves what she does.
Outside of work, Tresica’s world revolves around her family. As a mom of two energetic boys, life is full of adventure, laughter, and, of course, plenty of knock-knock jokes. Whether trying new foods, exploring the outdoors, or dreaming of a future trip to Europe with her husband, she embraces every moment to the fullest.
